Your details, and what we do with them

Ducky Cutz Barber Shop runs six branches in Phuket. This page explains what we collect when you book a cut, message us, call us or leave a review — and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, phone number, and the branch, barber, service and time you chose. Anything you type in the notes box.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram: your messages and your profile name.
• When you call our booking line: a recording of the call and a written transcript of it. Our phone line is answered by an automated assistant.
• When you leave a review: your star rating, and — if you give them — your name, phone number and comment.

We do not ask for your ID, your address or any payment card. We do not sell your details to anyone, ever.

Why we keep it

To hold your chair, to send you the confirmation and reminder SMS, to recognise you when you call back so you do not repeat yourself, and to fix what went wrong when a cut did not go well.

How long we keep it

• Call recordings and transcripts: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Review feedback: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Your name, phone and booking history: kept while you are a customer, until you ask us to delete it.

Who else can see it

Our barbers and shop managers. Beyond that, only the companies that run the booking, messaging and phone systems on our behalf, and only so those systems work: GoHighLevel (bookings and messages), Twilio (SMS), Vapi and OpenAI (the phone assistant), Google (reviews, if you choose to leave one there).

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• show you what we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it — including the call recordings;
• stop using it, or stop sending you messages.
